New Jersey - The "Garden State"
New Jersey is one place that never goes out of season! In the summer, sandy beaches,
seaside boardwalks, and thrilling theme parks draw residents and visitors from miles
around. In the fall and spring, the Garden State lives up to its name, blooming
with beautiful nature trails and lush surroundings. And in the winter, the mountains
of this great state open their doors for skiing.
And that’s not all. New Jersey boasts the second highest per capita income in the
nation thanks to a diverse economy divided between agriculture and industry. And
don’t forget its excellent schools and impressive array of new and traditional neighborhoods
in places like Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Princeton Junction, and Haddonfield.

Homes in Camden County
Homes in Camden County
Camden County is growing by leaps and bounds.
New businesses and residents are continually moving to the area, especially to the
city of Camden which has attractions for everyone.
The Camden Waterfront on the Delaware River is where the action is in Camden. The
Battleship New Jersey, the country’s most decorated battleship, was first commissioned
for service in 1943 and decommissioned for the final time in 1991. Today the ship
calls the waterfront home and is open to the public for tours. The New Jersey State
Aquarium overlooks the Philadelphia skyline just across the river. The Tweeter Center
hosts concerts from a variety of musical genres and is located next to the New Jersey
State Aquarium.
On the other side of Camden, you’ll find the Camden County Historical Society. This
large historical facility welcomes everyone interested in learning about the county’s
diverse past. Native son and famed poet Walt Whitman is honored on the campus of
Rutgers University-Camden with the Walt Whitman Arts Center.

Homes in Burlington County
Homes in Burlington County
Beautiful Burlington County — it’s
more than just an expression. This largest of New Jersey’s counties boasts abundant
parkland stretching from the Delaware River to the Great Bay on the Atlantic, making
it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and water lovers alike. But perhaps even more of
a draw is the county’s excellent schools and thriving, close-knit communities, which
include Moorestown, Mount Holly, Medford, and Evesham. As a result, families are
continually attracted to the three cities, six boroughs, and 31 townships that call
Burlington County real estate home. But the county is just as appealing to commuters,
who appreciate its proximity to Philadelphia’s many jobs and big-city amenities.
These commuters are served by a variety of public transit options that offer access
to Amtrak, PATCO, and SEPTA trains and the New Jersey Transit Service. Add to this
the county’s long, proud history dating back more than three hundred years and a
packed calendar of community events, and you can see why Burlington County is home
to some of the most desirable real estate in New Jersey.

Homes in Mercer County
Homes in Mercer County
Mercer County was made famous in Orson Welles’
War of the Worlds. In the classic sci-fi story, aliens landed on county soil to
invade the United States. Nowadays, students, families, and businesses enjoy life
in thriving communities such as Trenton and Princeton
Junction.
The county has an equestrian center, a wildlife center, and a living history farm.
The Mercer County Waterfront Park, on the
historic Delaware River, is home to the Trenton Thunder, a minor league baseball
team. Three other professional sports teams call the Sovereign Bank Arena home.
Princeton University and The College of New Jersey are both located in Mercer County
and attract students from all over the world each year.
Numerous opportunities and friendly people await you in booming Mercer County. New
luxury townhouses are being built, and older buildings throughout the county are
being converted into condominiums and lofts. In addition, the largest, energy efficient
development project in the United States is planned for downtown Trenton.
